NinjaOne automatically pushes device and system data into SherpaDesk. This keeps your asset records in SherpaDesk up to date with real-time details like status, user, location, and system alerts.

When NinaOne detects an issue, (e.g, CPU overload, system offline), it will trigger an alert that can be automatically converted into a ticket in SherpaDesk. The ticket would include relevant device info and alert details, so techs have full context immediately.
