- Event tracking in a calendar format
Technicians are able to schedule events and appointments in local or shared calendars. This enables Administrators to better keep track of technicians' on-site appointments and scheduled tasks.

Monitor TODOs from a central location. Create a list of all TODOs that can be filtered by Accounts and Projects and stay on top of what needs to be done every day.
Sync with your team
Send invites to your team directly from inside tickets to be added to their local calendars. Enable 2-way sync between Shared Calendars and SherpaDesk Calendar.
Scheduling your team
Get a calendar view (monthly/weekly/daily) of where all your technicians are assigned and what they are assigned to do. This gives administrators a clear picture of all technicians on location and what ticket or project they are working on.
Admins can also see a list of all ToDos and filter for Accounts and Projects to see what needs to be done on a specific day.

Creating events from a ticket
Create events directly on a Ticket and automatically send a calendar invite to the user. This helps schedule onsite appointments with technicians that are tracked on the Ticket.
Techs will have the ticket details posted on their local calendar and synced with their web calendars.

Syncing from web calendar
Sync with Google Calendar. Define dates to be added to the Shared Calendars automatically.
Setup a 2-way sync between your Shared Calendar and SherpaDesk Calendar, giving admins a complete view of all scheduled appointments and TODOs.
