It's the best helpdesk system for education enterprises. I love how configurable Sherpadesk is. Our organization has two instances (one for IT and one for Maintenance), and we can configure them both to include the options that make sense for that part of the organization. My favorite feature is the ability to create tickets from an email and communicate with users via email.
