History

SherpaDesk was born from our desire to simplify everyday tasks and help businesses work more efficiently. While studying at the University of Georgia, Jon and I started an IT and Managed Service Provider business, where we quickly saw the challenges of managing clients and resources. This inspired us to pivot and create a comprehensive solution for small businesses.

In 2013, we launched SherpaDesk, a Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool that streamlines operations like ticketing, invoicing, and customer support. Focused on intuitive design and user experience, we’ve built a platform that helps small businesses thrive. After two decades, we’re still growing and improving, driven by customer feedback and a passion for helping businesses succeed.
