Product Update: SherpaDesk API and Mobile App

We are excited to introduce the latest update to our new app.

New features:

1) New update notifications

It doesn’t matter if you work with the app on a continuous basis or not, SherpaDesk is always checking for the latest version. If there is new version, you will get this prompt:

2)  Custom Name support added

Depending on what custom names you use for your organization set in the Configuration settings your mobile interface will also use these same names

                     

3) Added Notes and Files tab on Ticket details and Account details:

Fixed bugs:

1) Fixed bug to show all queues:

2) Fixed the Start/Stop timer from showing wrong values

3) Fixed multiple toast alerts not closed automatically
